1. Use the local IP URL below (http, not https) via Internet Explorer only instead of the external IP
http://192.168.200.101/VUEWorks/main/login.aspx
2. Add the local IP to the sites list in Control Panel\Internet Options\Security\Local Intranet (see below)
3. Also add the local IP site to the compatibility view list.
- click the gear icon at the upper right, select "compatibility view settings", click add or type 192.168.200.101, then close
