Mitel Phones – Callback Feature

The Callback feature allows you to be notified when the person you are calling is busy or if there is no answer – Callback will notify you when the person you called has returned.

To request a Callback after dialing a busy or unanswered extension:

Hit the softkey to the left of “Call Me Back” on the display
Hang up

When the person you are called is available YOUR phone will start ringing – the display indicates the Callback caller.

Please note:

Callback requests expire after 1 hour

You may also clear a callback request by dialing *35 xxxx on your phone. xxxx is your extension.
