Your username is your first initial followed by your last name. Ex: mmcloughlin (for Molly McLoughlin)
Your password is whatever you set it as. If it is your first time logging in, it is likely Aspen123.
Once you log in the first time it will ask you reset your password and will ask for a recovery password and email.
Next time you log in, if you forget, you can try 1 to 3 times, then click the "I Forgot my Password" and it will ask you your security question, ask for your email, and then send you a link to reset your password. Next, go to your email, click the link Aspen sent you and then it'll give you a temporary password that you can copy/paste back on the login screen for Aspen. Upon clicking enter, it will tell you that password expired and you'll have to set up a new one.
If you disable your account, you will have to contact Cynthia Kelley. Email her and ask her to re-enable your account.
