To set Acrobat Reader DC to always open PDFs at 100% please follow below
1. Open Acrobat, select EDIT at the top, then select PREFERENCES at the bottom of the EDIT list
2. Select PAGE DISPLAY on the left, change the ZOOM drop down menu to 100%
