HELP! My copier is printing blank pages when printing from Google Docs, Aspen, etc.. Print

This is an issue that generally involves Google Chrome Browsers, and can also affect Chromebooks as well since they rely on Google Chrome. When printing from Chrome in Aspen, or many other websites

including Google Docs, the document gets converted to a PDF in the printing process. Chrome handles PDF's very poorly for printing, and it is a known issue by Google. Most district PC's also have Mozilla

Firefox as a browser; this browser works perfectly well for daily use, and works well with PDF's, as well as Google Docs. If you experience issues with Chrome, please use Mozilla Firefox before you file a

helpdesk ticket.
