1. In Gmail, open your contacts list https://contacts.google.com

2. Select MORE at the left, then EXPORT

3. Choose the appropriate contacts list, then select GOOGLE.csv, then click EXPORT



4. Once exported, you may save the CONTACTS.CSV file to your computer. Then email the file to the other employee.

- We recommend saving this export file as a backup. Do not delete!

5. The other employee should download the CSV file to their computer. follow the same instructions above. This time select IMPORT.


ATTENTION: If the export process removes your contacts - just import them back in following the steps above.
