Please follow below to reset your browser (Chrome or Firefox or both) profile (your saved passwords, bookmarks will not be deleted)


Public Safety Dept Computers Only: Make sure you are logged into only one computer

Open the Firefox or Chrome browsers and follow below - please reboot after resetting the browsers


Firefox

1. Click the menu bars at the upper right, select HELP, select TROUBLESHOOTING INFO

2. Select Refresh Firefox at the upper right.




Chrome:


1. Click the menu dots at the upper right, select settings



2. Scroll to the bottom of the list, select ADVANCED

3. Select RESTORE SETTINGS TO THEIR ORIGINAL DEFAULTS, (2nd from bottom)

4. Select RESET SETTINGS
