Printing issues can usually be solved with 1 of 3 quick fixes:
1. Reboot machine and log in again with OES/novell credentials
2. There should be an icon on the desktop to prompt the printer to install if it is not there. The icon will look like a printer with NPS_COPIERS underneath it. Click on it to force printers to install.
3. Use scroll bar to look at other printer options in the menus, make sure the one you would like to print to is selected.
