There are several possible fixes:

1.Your monitor should be connected to the mini computer (mounted on the back of the monitor) with a DisplayPort or VGA cable.  (see diagram for #6 for DisplayPort, or #7 for VGA) A cable disconnect could be causing issues

2. The Black VGA cable from the projector, should be connected to the back of the mini computer, in either a VGA port or a DisplayPort port VIA adapter.  This will give the computer the 2nd display (see diagram for #6 for DisplayPort, or #7 for VGA) Things can get wonky if the projector is turned on before the mounted computer is.

3. The computer power button is on the front of the mini computer located around the right side of the monitor (see diagram below #6) and the monitor power button is on the front of the monitor. When they are on, the LED light will be white. If not there will be either an amber or no light. If both are not powered on, the user will get a message that there is no display input. If both are on and you still get a no input message, try turning both off. Then, turn the computer on, wait 30 seconds, and power on the monitor.
