Please reboot the FD IPad if it has trouble connecting to VPN. Instructions below.


Option 1
Restart the iPad before attempting a reset. Push the "Sleep/Wake" button located on the top-right edge of the iPad when viewed in portrait mode. Hold it until a red slider appears at the top of the screen. Slide your finger over the slider to turn the device off. Wait 10 seconds. Turn it back on by pushing the "Sleep/Wake" button again.
Option 2
Press and hold the "Sleep/Wake" button and the "Home" button, which is centered under the screen, simultaneously to reset the iPad. Hold the buttons for at least 10 seconds. An Apple logo appears on the screen, and the reset is complete.
