Bomgar: Multiple Screen - Remote computer view is small

This occurs when two different screen sizes are used - such as a laptop hooked up to a larger external monitor

Solution:

1. Set the larger screen as the default screen.

- right click on the desktop, select display settings

- move the settings program to the larger screen, select the larger screen in settings (usually screen #2

- check make default

2. Close bomgar on the large screen and reopen - it should open on the larger screen

- Log back in - the view should reflect the larger screen's resolution.
