IMC - Cannot Print Roster or Report (Reports Error Number: 482) Print

In IMC - if you cannot print a roster or any type of report there is probably an issue with the default printer. Please set the correct Default Windows printer

Solution Instructions:

Start Menu Button, Select Control Panel, select "Devices and Printers"

Locate the printer in the list. Right click and select "Set as default"
