In general: The Bomgar desktop application performs faster than the Bomgar website. Please follow below for download/installation instructions, remote access connection procedures, and how to properly disconnect from your remote computer.
Download/Installation:
1. Log into the Bomgar website, select My Account on the left
2. Select download access console (see below). Download the installer and run.
3. Once the installation is complete log in with your Bomgar credentials
Remote Access Connection:
1. After logging in - select Personal on the left
2. Look for your computer in the center. Either double left click to setup a remote session or right click and select "Jump"
Closing your remote session:
- To properly close out you should end your remote session then close the program
1. At the upper left click the red X next to the computername
2. Select "End Session" at the popup window
3. Select the program X at the upper right
