If emails from legitimate and verified senders are filtering into your SPAM folder you may "whitelist" the sender by adding the email address to your Gmail contacts list.

- Please note: If the instructions below do not solve the issue contact IT support to request server level whitelisting.

The easiest way to add a contact is via the Gmail email website:

1. Hover your mouse pointer over the contact

2. At the popup window select "Add to contacts" - example below

3. After clicking "Add to Contacts" Click "View Contact Details" at the top of the Gmail browser window to add additional information such as the sender's name and phone number.
