This is probably caused by your mobile phone, tablet,laptop or other mobile device which is logged into the CITY_HALL WIFI network. The CITY_HALL WIFI network uses the same username and password as used on your PC. If you do not update your mobile device's WIFI password after changing your PC's password your account will lock.
1. On your PC please reset your password if you have not done so recently or contact IT Support for assistance if your account has been locked.
2. After your password has been reset: On your PC, lock your desktop (hit CTRL-ALT-DEL, select lock), then log back in with the new password.
3. On our mobile device please disconnect and/or "forget" the connection to CITY_HALL
4. Reconnect to CITY_HALL on your mobile device with the updated password.
