Below is a link to the "Web Client" with many of the same features as the software recently installed on your computers such as:
1. Listen to voicemails
2. Search your contacts or check your call history
3. Check another City Employee's out of office status and set your out of office status
4. Change your voicemail PIN or set your desktop app password
- All from any web enabled device including your home computer, tablet, or smartphone
- Log in to the Web Client with the same username and password used with your Mitel Desktop software.
- You cannot send or receive office phone calls from your computer or smartphone via the Web Client - this is not a "Soft Phone". The Soft Phone feature (Web Client with RTC) is TBD.
