Bomgar Instructions:


1. Click the CAD button (CTRL-ALT-DEL) at the top Bomgar toolbar, examples below:



2. Select "Change a password"


3. Once your password is changed, hit the CAD button again, select "Lock"

4. Disconnect from your office PC, close Bomgar. Wait about 30 seconds. Log back into Bomgar and your PC with the new network password. Do not use the old password.


If you cannot log into Bomgar or your office PC after the password is changed please open a ticket: support@northamptonma.gov


LogMeIn Instructions (Public Safety Computers):


1. Click the CAD button (CTRL-ALT-DEL) at the top LogMeIn toolbar



2. Select "Change a password"


3. Once your password is changed, hit the CAD button again, select "Lock"

4. Hit the CAD button, log back into your PC with the new network password. Do not use the old password.


If you cannot log into your office PC after the password is changed please open a ticket:
