ProQA - Force license release on Dispatch PC

1. Right click the taskbar, select Task Manager (or hit CTRL-ALT-DEL, select Task Manager)

2. If ProQA for Medical is listed as a running program, right click and select end task

3. If not listed, switch to the DETAILS tab at the top

- you may have to click MORE DETAILS at the lower left first

4. Sort by name, click M, right click MEDICAL.exe and select END TASK

After ending medical.exe it may take about 2 minutes for the server to refresh

5. If you are still having a problem after the 2min wait please contact ITS
