I have identified the problem, and a solution. The problem lies in that a document or documents in the print queue on the local PC are corrupt or in an invalid format. To regain printing, you will need to go to the printer shortcut on the desktop, open it, then double click on the District Copier to show the document list. Highlight the top item in the list, then press ctrl-a to select all documents in the list, then hit the delete key, and the documents should get deleted. One or two may take longer, or may need a second attempt to delete. Once you do this, you should be able to send documents to the copiers once more.
