Unable to print, and how to clear the printer queue on your PC


There is a major printing issue with Chrome that is creating the problem with printing to the copiers. It is completely related to Google and Chrome. Documents can’t be printed directly from Chrome, or they will have a tendency to fail and hang in the local print queue on the PC itself; this causes other documents to hang. All documents that need to be printed from Chrome must first be saved or downloaded in pdf, MS Word, MS Excel, etc format to the PC, and then opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader, MS Office or other program and then printed.
